This is not a Satisfaction Guarantee: we do not guarantee you will like the color, size, feel, operation, etc. of a product. If a product is defective, it can be returned for credit. We are only accepting returns for credit. If you wish to have a replacement, the returned item may be reordered at any time. Credits are usually issued within 2 weeks of receipt of a returned item. AntaresPro.com will not authorize returns after 30 days from the date on an invoice.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days from the date on your invoice.
After 30 days the manufacturer warranty applies and claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the product.
