The Micro SATA to SATA adapter converts the connection commonly found on 1.8 inch solid state drives to SATA connections. This adapter will allow for both the power and data connecitons to convert to standard SATA connectors to allow the 1.8 inch SSD to connect in a PC. This adapter will also also allow the 1.8 inch SSD to plug into our USB to SATA (#30504) adapter to pull information off the drive.
